Before returning any products, please read the Returns Policy below.
If you are a UK customer, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com, and they will be happy to provide return instructions for your specific order. When your order is received, please include your order number so that we can identify it. Please send items over the value of £50 via Royal Mail Signed For post. When returning items, please keep proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for items lost in the mail.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
You have 30 days from the date you received the item to return it to us if it was damaged during delivery, is defective, was incorrectly advertised, or is not what you ordered.
Faulty items can be returned within the first 6 months of receipt unless specified on individual product listings. Please use our returns form above.
We test every return for flaws and defects. If an item is not found faulty, it will be returned to you. Abacus Range will cover these expenses.
Faulty goods can be replaced with another brand for the same intrinsic value.
Main or qualifying multi-buy items can be returned to us if they are incorrect, faulty, or arrive in a damaged state. We can provide you with a replacement for any qualifying multi-buy item. We cannot provide a refund for the main or qualifying item alone due to the nature of these promotions.
You can withdraw from any purchase up to 14 days after the date you receive the item. To do this, please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. You are not required to provide a reason for your cancellation; however, a brief explanation will assist us in improving the service we provide to customers in the future.
We are happy to exchange or refund these items but must return them within 14 days of delivery. Please use the Freepost information provided above. As a result, we will cover all of your return postage costs. You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to prevent damage. Items must be returned with a completed returns form.
We reserve the right to refuse opened or unwanted goods after 14 days. Suppose we accept opened and unwanted goods after this period, we may charge a discretionary minimum fee of £2.49 to cover the postage and packing costs incurred by Abacus Range in providing this service.
If you wish to return an unwanted purchase that is unopened and unused, we will refund the purchase price but not the original delivery costs.
Sim cards and SIM packs
When you send your item back to us, we will process it and notify you of your refund via email. Within 10 working days of receiving your return, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment that you used to make your purchase. Any cancellation does not affect your statutory rights.
